Responsibilities
Deeply understanding and maximizing engagement across the entire member lifecycle including: sign-up, doctor search, and claims.
Developing a team of talented marketers who act as engagement consultants to our clients.
Ensuring members understand Garner’s value proposition and support our account management team to drive client success.
Partnering with the product team to continually improve member experience.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in user growth/user acquisition marketing at a consulting firm, marketing agency, high-growth start-up or digital health company.
Strong experience and comfort using an ESP or MAS (Iterable experience not required)
Very organized and detail-oriented -- you can project manage multiple work streams and deliver dozens of individualized campaigns while meeting a high-quality bar
Data-driven and experimental -- you understand foundational marketing growth metrics and can run clearly measured experiments to improve user engagement
Comfort and gravitas in front of prospects and clients
A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the US healthcare system
