Responsibilities
Manage property websites to ensure content is accurate, compelling, seasonally relevant and optimized for best UX, while maintaining compliance with regards to evolving privacy and accessibility laws and requirements
Create and distribute compelling, thoughtful and seasonally relevant overnight hotel packages for transient markets.
Prepare monthly reports and presentations for ownership communication on marketing initiatives and results.
Directly oversee organic social media strategy to ensure the property’s posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc. are on brand, thoughtful are optimize for the best results on each platform.
Create sales/promotional collateral as needed for property outlets, sales events/trade shows etc.
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns.
Create and execute local advertising placements.
Schedule and conduct Marketing Meetings as appropriate for each property
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support special programming and events
Manage content on 3rd party websites such as Google, OTAs, OpenTable, Yelp, TripAdvisor etc.
Develop on property programming and activations and supporting on-property marketing collateral including in-room collateral, digital property displays and other on-property marketing materials utilizing brand standards.
Execute on-property photo and video shoots
Work with Area Director, Field Marketing to accurately manage marketing budget for each property.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
College degree or Associate degree with experience.
Computer-savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office or comparable software.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
2+ years of marketing experience in a relevant field (Previous hospitality experience a plus).
Knowledge of current digital marketing and social media marketing trends and best practices.
Experience managing social media channels for business.
Outgoing and self-motivated individual with a pleasant personality.
Ability to work productively in a remote environment.
Strong home internet connection.
Attendance on daily virtual meetings.
Some travel required (less than 25%).
Preferred
Graphic design experience preferred (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
Website content management experience preferred.
