Responsibilities
Conduct detailed research on public companies, industries, and market trends.
Develop and maintain financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis (Trading Comps), Precedent Transaction Analysis (Deals Comps), Leveraged Buyout Model (LBO).
Gather and analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and SEC filings.
Prepare high-quality equity research reports with investment recommendations.
Summarize findings in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Present research conclusions and actionable insights during team meetings.
Track and analyze market news, macroeconomic developments, and sector trends.
Identify key drivers affecting company performance and valuation.
Work closely with Team Leads and other interns to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
Contribute to group discussions and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for research.
Participate in training workshops on financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.
Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced Team Leads and Managing Partners.

Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
Strong ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques.
Ability to conduct in-depth research using financial databases, reports, and market news.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey findings effectively.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
Familiarity with financial statements, valuation methods, and equity research processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with peers and mentors.
