Responsibilities
Drive business development efforts for our Growth products and services
Proactively reach out to potential clients in the mobile gaming industry, positioning our growth program (monetization solution and accelerator report) as key drivers of their game’s growth.
Develop and execute innovative outbound sales strategies, leveraging your expertise to generate high-quality leads and uncover new business opportunities.
Identify and understand customer needs, and effectively communicate our offerings that are indispensable to their success.
Attend industry events and conferences, and use your networking skills to forge relationships and generate a pipeline of qualified leads.
Consistently track and report on sales activities in our CRM (Hubspot), providing insights that contribute to the overall growth strategy of the growth team while meeting and exceeding your sales targets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Required
2+ years in sales with a proven track record of selling SaaS, Adtech, or other tech-related solutions, preferably in the mobile games or apps industry
Demonstrated success in outbound sales (cold messaging and calling) of SaaS or tech-related solutions, with a strong track record of converting leads into paying clients and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Persistent and positive can-do attitude, with the ability to push through challenges and maintain focus despite setbacks
Strong experience with Hubspot or similar solutions (SalesForce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Ability to take a step back, analyze situations and solve problems effectively in a timely fashion
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for clear, persuasive, and impactful messaging
Preferred
Experience with adtech solutions
Strong experience with Hubspot or similar solutions (SalesForce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Previous experience in mobile gaming or apps, bringing valuable industry insights and a pre-existing network to the table
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and sales intelligence tools like Apollo.io and RocketReach, using these tools to drive sales success
Data-oriented with a creative approach to improving existing sales strategies, and optimizing results
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to challenges
Additional language skills beyond English, enhancing your ability to engage with a diverse, global client base
