Responsibilities

Build & expand: Leverage your existing network of trade clients and designers to expand our presence in Florida and neighboring markets.

Strategize & lead: Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and grow relationships with high-value trade customers.

Collaborate & coach: Work closely with the sales customer service team to ensure seamless client experiences and mentor them to excel in their roles.

Drive results: Set and exceed sales targets, reporting on performance while identifying opportunities for growth.

Refine processes: Perfect our approach to serving trade clients in collaboration with our Sales Director, including onboarding, sales touchpoints, and loyalty-building activities.
