Responsibilities
Direct implementation of recruiting and resourcing strategies
Oversee improvement initiatives for recruitment and staffing processes, tools and policies according to organizational human resources strategies.
Present talent acquisition updates to leadership and provides recommendations on talent acquisition strategies which address the organization's current and future workforce needs.
Seek and develop relationships with external vendors and recruiting partners (e.g., staffing organizations, employment fairs) to gain access to a pipeline or network of targeted talent pools.
Drive innovation within the talent acquisition function resulting in the design and/or creation of new (or improvements to existing) products, services and assessment tools.
Define consistent and relevant talent acquisition success criteria, metrics and reporting dashboards that demonstrates return on investment.
Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis on talent acquisition programs, to understand key trends and to provide recommendations on program and process improvement.
Manage performance of both direct reports and the larger talent acquisition team through regular, timely feedback and the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional description.
Promote HCL Software s recruitment brand through active participation in job fairs, conferences, and other networking

Required
6-12 years of experience in IT recruitment
Direct implementation of recruiting and resourcing strategies

Experience using an ATS system to track candidates
Capability to create Job Descriptions based on requirements
Knowledge of sourcing and mining techniques within the recruiting space
Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Action-oriented and results-driven individual
Self-starter with ability to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches and projects and handle high volume of requirements
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others
