Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
Sales Qualification : Qualify leads by assessing their needs for restaurant technology solutions (POS systems, online ordering, reservations) and merchant services (payment processing).
Product Demos & Presentations : Conduct virtual presentations and demos to show how Fleksa’s products can help restaurants increase efficiency, boost revenue, and reduce reliance on third-party services.
Negotiation & Closing : Lead the negotiation process, address client concerns, and close deals that align with their business goals.
Account Management : Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to earn commissions and bonuses.
Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and restaurant needs to effectively position Fleksa’s solutions.
Sales Reporting : Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and performance against targets.

Required
At least 2 years in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in restaurant technology or merchant services.
Proven success in generating leads, managing relationships, and closing deals in a commission-based environment.
Familiarity with restaurant operations, POS systems, payment processing, or other restaurant tech solutions is highly beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage restaurant decision-makers.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay focused on goals in a fully remote work environment.
Comfortable using CRM software, digital communication tools, and conducting virtual meetings.
Highly motivated by performance-based compensation and capable of consistently meeting sales targets.
