Responsibilities

Serving as a technical lead for product development providing technical advice and guidance to product stakeholders throughout the IT Development, Security, and Operations process (DEVSECOPS).
Performing duties as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) serving as principal advisor to the designated System Owner on all matters involving the security and privacy posture of one or more products/information systems.
Participating in special projects, serving as a project leader, as required and assigned.

You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position.
Specialized experience for this position includes: 1) Experience participating in risk management framework or equivalent frameworks throughout product development to minimize risk. AND 2) Experience aiding in security impact analysis and security assessments to ensure compliance with IT laws, policies, and regulation.
