Responsibilities
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including branded and non-branded search efforts.
Execute and monitor assigned account strategies, such as restructuring ad groups, refining geo-targeting, and enhancing ad copy.
Perform search term mining using N-Gram Analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate inefficiencies.
Optimize campaigns by applying call extensions and localized ad copy to increase engagement and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on ad variations to identify top-performing elements.
Monitor and adjust bid strategies, such as tROAS and value-based bidding, for improved performance.
Collaborate with account leads to align campaigns with client goals and priorities.
Use dynamic UTMs for performance tracking and campaign refinement.
Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Ensure all campaigns adhere to compliance guidelines and best practices.

Required
Must be located in North America to sync with client and team time zones.
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on search advertising.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel.
Familiarity with N-Gram Analysis, bid strategies, and ad variation testing.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with dynamic UTM tracking.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred
Understanding of compliance considerations in the Medical Services industry is a plus.
Meta Ads experience is a plus.
