Responsibilities
Lead Product Development: Oversee and guide a team of Product Owners to execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and timely delivery of features.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with business leaders, Presidents, and Product Teams to translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements for the Product Owners.
Manage Product Backlog: Support Product Owners in prioritizing and grooming the backlog to ensure it aligns with business value and product strategy.
Define Product Requirements: Guide Product Owners in creating user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria that reflect customer needs and technical feasibility.
Drive Agile Processes: Ensure smooth iteration planning and sprint execution, helping Product Owners manage blockers and deliver key product milestones.
Provide Strategic Leadership: Serve as the key decision-maker for complex product questions, helping Product Owners clarify business rules and product direction.
Ensure Quality and Readiness: Oversee the Product Owners in defining the “Definition of Done” and ensuring features meet business and technical standards before release.
Coordinate Product Deliveries: Guide Product Owners in collaborating with stakeholders to integrate new features and releases across the business portfolio.
Foster Continuous Improvement: Support Product Owners in evaluating product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and driving innovation.

Required
6+ years work experience in product role, business analyst or subject matter expert in financial services/fin-tech industry.
BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering or accounting related field, or equivalent experience
Knowledgeable/experienced with PCI Compliance and Card Brand rules/regulations
Be a positive, optimistic, action and people oriented individual with a ‘can do’ mentality.
Great oral and written communicator up, down, across and outside the organization.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Thrive in a startup culture: dealing with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
Excels in ability to influence decisions/decision makers, and handle objections
Preferred
Experience of working for a Payment Service provider, Fintech company, bank or other financial institution strongly preferred
Experience with Azure DevOps (or other similar bug/issue/enhancement tracking, project management software) a plus.
