Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, predictive modelling, and content personalization.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and platforms to support personalization initiatives.
Develop a comprehensive AI roadmap aligned with overall marketing goals.
Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources (CRM, website behavior, social media) to identify patterns and trends.
Build customer profiles with detailed insights into preferences, needs, and behaviors to inform targeted marketing strategies.
Utilize machine learning algorithms to predict customer actions and generate actionable insight.
Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns across channels (email, website, social media, SMS) based on individual customer data.
Create dynamic content that adapts based on customer interactions and real-time behavior.
Develop AI-powered recommendation engines to suggest relevant products or services to customers.
Conduct rigorous testing of personalized marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously refine AI models and algorithms to optimize campaign performance and deliver the most relevant experience.
Partner with marketing teams to integrate AI-powered personalization across all marketing functions.
Collaborate with IT and data science teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and integration with marketing systems.
Educate stakeholders on the benefits of AI-driven personalization and best practices for data usage.

Required
