Location: Must be based in the USA or Canada to align with target audience engagement times.
Monitoring and Availability: While there are no strict hours, you must actively monitor accounts throughout the day.

Preferred

Theme Page Expertise: Prior experience running and scaling theme pages is a major plus.
Proven Growth Results: Successfully grown social media accounts (not your own) to 5,000–10,000 followers or more.
