Effectively communicate the benefits of our platform, including curriculum support, progress tracking, and the impact of 1-on-1 live sessions.
Convert trial classes and inquiries into paid enrolments by showcasing the value of our personalised tutoring services.
Build trust with parents to ensure they feel confident in Mentor Match’s ability to support their child’s learning journey.
Identify opportunities to promote additional services and programs to enhance the learning experience.
Work closely with customer success teams and tutors to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
