Responsibilities
Advise on modality mix and coordinate with a team of change managers.
Respond to escalations arising from content reviews with stakeholders.
Oversee posting of training content in learning management system.
Work with business leads and learning administrators to define, set up and report on assignments.
Design and execute post-training assessments aligned with best practices.
Drive the creation of go-live training schedules and lead DT’s train-the-trainer program.
Oversee training environment set up in partnership with IT technical support.

Required
BS or BA required
5 - 7 years of experience
Training program management
Curriculum design
Learning administration w Cornerstone
Vendor management
Strong communication skills, especially with stakeholders in senior management & leadership positions
Attention to detail but able to take a broad perspective
Preferred
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA training on large-scale platform implementations or business transformation programs
Experience with WalkMe and translation of learning content
Experience with building WalkMe content
