Renewal Sales Coodinator

Responsibilities
Assist Sales teams internally with renewal strategizing, account structure, and history
Prepare and send renewal quotes to Sales reps
Help complete the sales cycle with the renewal booking and validating all signed paperwork
Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement based on renewal data
Provide reporting on renewals as needed by Q2O management
Collaborate with finance, legal, and other departments to help Sales team ensure all renewal terms are met and properly documented.
Provide feedback to improve product offerings, customer service, and renewal processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of renewal strategies and processes.
Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.

Required
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in renewals, account management, or sales support.
Experience with quoting system SFCPQ
Experience working with global teams and global clients.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SFCPQ, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
Ability to perform all the physical requirements of the position, with or without accommodations.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience in a subscription-based or SaaS company is a plus.
