Responsibilities
Assessment & Evaluation
Behavior Intervention Plans
Data Collection & Analysis: Oversee data collection and ensure accuracy and reliability of data for ongoing monitoring of client progress. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and recommend necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Supervision & Training: Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members. Offer training on behavior management techniques and treatment procedures.
Client & Family Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with clients and their families, offering guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful implementation of behavior plans in various settings (e.g., home, school).
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client sessions, treatment plans, progress notes, and updates. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.
Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators) to create integrated, holistic care plans for clients.
Continuous Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.

Required
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Active state licensure (where applicable)
Experience with telehealth or remote service delivery models
Preferred
Supervisory experience or previous work with RBTs and other behavior professionals
Familiarity with digital data collection and behavior management software
Ability to build strong, positive relationships with families and clients
Certification in additional behavioral specialties (e.g., Verbal Behavior, ACT, etc.)
