Responsibilities

Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Identify and reach out to potential customers through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value to their business.
Meet Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective territory management and proactive sales techniques.
Product Presentation: Deliver engaging and informative product presentations to clients to demonstrate the value of company offerings.
Market Analysis: Keep informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better position products and address client needs.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report sales activity, progress, and forecasts using CRM software, maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other teams to align sales strategies and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Post-Sales Support: Provide follow-up support to clients to ensure product satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

Outside Sales ExperienceSalesCRM Systems KnowledgeMicrosoft Office Suite

Required

Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or similar role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (as travel is often required within the territory)
Ability to travel within the assigned territory frequently.
Ability to stand and present for extended periods.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
