Required
8+ years of project management experience in MES implementations
Experience in Aerospace domain
Project management experience of shop-floor enterprise application development and deployment for industrial manufacturing companies
Proven track record of managing multi-site projects
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
Familiarity with MES software solutions and their functionalities
High-level awareness of the technical architecture needed to support MES applications
Experience in the DT/IT function within aerospace & defense systems manufacturers
Understanding of MES systems and their integration with other enterprise systems like ERP, PLM, etc.
Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) and developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and managing project budgets and financials
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Understanding of quality management principles and practices, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, ensuring project compliance with relevant regulations
Experience in managing the implementation and deployment phases of MES projects, coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers
Manage the entire lifecycle of MES projects from initiation to closure
Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure resources are allocated effectively

Proven experience in managing large-scale MES implementations
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct project teams
Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred
