Responsibilities
Lead and inspire your sales team to exceed quarterly and annual targets
Recruit, hire, and train top-tier talent, setting the bar for empathetic, client-focused selling
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support overall business goals
Balance outbound prospecting with incoming leads to keep your pipeline strong

Required
6+ years in a B2B sales leadership role with success in high-volume environments
Proven ability to build and manage teams—both as a coach and an individual contributor
Demonstrated skill in forecasting, strategic planning, and problem-solving
Comfort in fast-growth contexts (20%+ YoY)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience selling to CRE professionals
Understanding of mid-market deals
