Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Develop, train and coach a team of CSRs and CSMs by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing support.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Strategic Planning and Growth: Develop strategies to enhance client retention and expand account relationships.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze KPIs related to support trends, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Use client feedback and data insights to be the voice of the customer in cross-departmental communication.

Required
Some higher education
5 years of experience in a customer service role
Proven experience in a leadership role
Working knowledge of support ticketing system and CRM tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in financial services or e-learning is a plus.
