Oracle Field Service (OFS) Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site technical support for Oracle OFS applications, addressing issues related to system performance, configuration, and integration.
Assist users with the functional aspects of Oracle OFS, including scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure the stability and security of Oracle OFS applications.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with Oracle support and internal IT teams to implement effective solutions.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Oracle OFS features and functionalities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the use of Oracle OFS in waste management operations.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting Oracle Field Service (OFS) applications, preferably in the utility or waste management industry.
Proficiency in Oracle OFS configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management.
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
Oracle certifications in Field Service or related areas are a plus.
Experience with other Oracle applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud.
Familiarity with waste management operations and industry-specific requirements.
