Responsibilities

Lead the collection and prioritization of business requirements, focusing on capability development. Manage enhancement requests and align them with business goals.
Collaborate with Salesforce admins to ensure solutions meet business requirements and platform standards. Oversee testing and ensure project outputs align with objectives.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and communications. Work closely with IT and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Partner with the UX team to create and implement communication and training plans for new functionalities and ongoing enhancements.
Drive adoption and effective utilization of Salesforce solutions, supporting and coaching business teams.
Collaborate with the SFDC support team to resolve issues and develop proactive solutions for recurring challenges.

Required

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of salesforce.com experience
Practical knowledge in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics.

Preferred

Lean Six Sigma certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
3+ years of project management experience and broad multi-functional business exposure.
Experience with Agile frameworks and leading Salesforce.com projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
