Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
Quickly respond to leads and quote requests.
Consistently prospect for new business.
Ability to confidently highlight the value and benefits of our content offering and B2B software solution.
Work with inbound or warm leads to identify, connect, and present solutions to leads’ problems/pain points.
Respond promptly and energetically, conveying enthusiasm about helping the customer solve their challenges.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Always look to improve the sales process and enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on product changes, new features, and company policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, issues and resolutions within our CRM.
Attend weekly Sales Meetings and daily standups.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in a Sales and/or Account Management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Working knowledge of office productivity tools such as MS Office Suite, and Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
Ability to be proactive, work independently.
Preferred
Experience in online education is a plus.
