Responsibilities
Perform detailed data analysis and reporting to support Oracle Health's commercial strategy.
Contribute to strategic decision-making that impacts incident resolution time and customer sentiment.
Define and maintain key operational metrics, productivity, and customer base insights.
Partner with the broader Oracle Health operations teams to drive standard processes, policies, and reporting frameworks.
Learn the support role functions of the Immediate Response Center, supporting customers and major incident escalations as needed.
Document tickets, manage bridge calls, and handle internal communications.
Engage in phone-based customer interaction when necessary.

Required
U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required.
BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
Strong task management, planning, organization, problem solving, and analytical skills
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated facilitation skills working with cross-functional teams
Effective in building relationships
Self motivated, self-directed and independent thinking yet team player
Skilled in proactive and reactive responsiveness to identify and manage situations or concerns that may adversely affect work product
Skilled at assessing & improving processes
Strong MS Office skills
Preferred
Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, OAC, SQL, PowerBI, myBI etc.)
Familiar with Relational database
Creating and maintaining organizational reporting
Project Management work
Experience providing phone-based customer/technical support and escalation management
Use of ticket documentation system - Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira etc.
Certificate in Security, Network, Computer/Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
