Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams to define and deliver Breef's product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive the execution of the product roadmap, managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, while maintaining a high standard of quality and user experience.
Ensure features and updates are fully thought through by diving deep into UX details and turning initial concepts into polished, user-friendly solutions.
Partner with internal teams, including product designers, to translate company objectives and user insights into actionable requirements and structured design/development sprints.
Leverage data and user insights to generate new ideas, refine existing features, and ensure Breef remains a leader in high-value outsourced work.
Streamline product documentation, workflows, and feedback loops across product, design, and engineering teams to maximize efficiency.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, and track ongoing performance to measure success and inform future improvements.
Develop a deep understanding of the Breef user and competitive landscape, identifying areas of value and opportunities to further win the market.
Refine processes for gathering, prioritizing, and communicating user feedback internally and externally, ensuring timely delivery of features and effective product launches.
Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to align product efforts with broader business goals and represent the product team within the organization.

Required
At least 4-6+ years of product management experience for a B2B marketplace / SaaS business or a financial technology organization.
Proven experience in a marketing or technology-driven startup environment.
Ability to dive deep into the details and actively participate in hands-on design and development of the product.
Proven understanding of Agile values and principles, such as SCRUM, Kanban or SAFe.
Comprehensive experience with workflow management tools such as Jira and Asana.
Experience with Figma design and prototyping tools.
Clear understanding and ability to explain the business opportunity and technical decisions behind your product portfolio.
Understanding of, and experience with, modern and remote workplace tools (Jira, Google Suite, calendar booking tools, Slack, email workflow systems, etc.)
