Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision. Identify market opportunities, define product roadmaps, and prioritize features to ensure successful product launches.
Drives annual revenues, through prospect & lead generation and PetPlace members growth.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional product team, (including product managers, designers, and potentially engineers). Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements and business objectives.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business impact
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
Focus on UX/UI by leading the design and user interface efforts
Ensure that product are intuitive and visually appealing and provide a seamless user journey, resulting in customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, and internal and external customers, to gather feedback, align on priorities, and drive product adoption.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies. Use insights to inform product development and positioning of product initiatives.
Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, customer satisfaction, and market success.
Leverage data and insights to drive experience, innovation and identify product gaps with recommendations on approach to solving those product gaps.
Manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and ROI analysis to ensure financial success and sustainability
Ensure all products comply with relevant industry regulations and standards, particularly in the fintech and insurance sectors.

Required
Proven track record of successfully launching new products from concept to market.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions and perform market and competitive analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and customers.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in insurance/pet services products distributed digitally.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
Strong understanding of the animal industry including veterinary practices, pet care and related sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in launching new products, preferably within the fintech or insurance industries.
Strong understanding of the fintech or insurance industry.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Experience with software products is essential
