Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive product strategy for NDR’s legal operations, aligning with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Define and maintain a product roadmap for legal tools, workflows, and systems to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in legal and compliance workflows.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements for new tools and enhancements.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure product alignment with legal and compliance needs.
Engage with external vendors or partners to evaluate and integrate legal technology solutions.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation and post-launch support.
Partner with engineering teams to develop scalable and reliable legal systems, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups, to maintain momentum and clear priorities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field required.
5+ years in product management, with a focus on customer service, preferably in the financial services or debt relief industry.
4+ years of experience in Salesforce, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and application in client success scenarios.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, product design, and solving complex problems in client success.
Exceptionally organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and aligning stakeholders at various levels.
Experience in Agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
Take constructive feedback.

Preferred

Knowledge of the Lightning Design System Framework is beneficial.
Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
