Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, develop a pipeline, and manage a full sales cycle with assigned biopharma accounts.
Meet or exceed new business targets.
Establish and maintain strong and professional relationships with biopharma librarians, R&D leadership and stakeholders.
Build and execute a persistent outbound sales strategy, including cold calls and emails, to generate interest and accelerate new business generation.
Work with the marketing and customer success teams to customize marketing activities & provide support for each account.

Required

A bachelor's degree
3+ years of direct selling experience to stakeholders in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry.
Proven ability to influence decision-makers and manage a full sales cycle.
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving success.
Critical problem-solving skills to handle customer questions and overcome objections.
A drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges.
Experience with Salesforce or relevant sales CRM, MS Office is required.
Travel up to 30% is included.
