Responsibilities

Works closely with Corporate Compliance and Governance ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations, work comp Bureau regulations and internal governance processes.
Addresses policy level issues - endorsement requests, bureau issues, audit and claims issues and other post bind policy issues.
Works collaboratively with: Sales, Claims, IT, Legal, Loss Control, Premium Audit and Field operations (Underwriting and Underwriting Services) to find policy solutions and/or make change to processes.
Ensures customer responsiveness goals are met while maintaining appropriate work comp underwriting discipline.
Maintain current knowledge of key Federal, State, Bureau and internal regulations and processes.
Monitors Bureau & DOI actions and works with Corporate Compliance and governance on business changes needed.
Supports Loss Control in managing state licensing requirements and other Loss Control administrative support duties.
Other duties may be assigned.
