Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Shared Services, SaaS Product Support, Enterprise Services, IP Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure accuracy and auditability.
Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives.
Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.
Provide management with operational, economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or critical projects.
Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.
Assist with driving implementation of new processes and procedures.
Turn data-driven insights into actionable strategies to enhance support practices and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with support teams to analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, set performance benchmarks to help the business measure progress.
Learn and execute support role functions of the Immediate Response Center, on occasion support customers and major incident escalations.
Operational experience and sharp analytical skills are crucial. This isn’t just about mining data or maintaining momentum—it’s a chance to optimize for outcomes and drive innovation.

Required

U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required.
BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
Strong task management, planning, organization, problem solving, and analytical skills
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated facilitation skills working with cross-functional teams
Effective in building relationships
Self motivated, self-directed and independent thinking yet team player
Skilled in proactive and reactive responsiveness to identify and manage situations or concerns that may adversely affect work product
Skilled at assessing & improving processes
Strong MS Office skills

Preferred

Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, OAC, SQL, PowerBI, myBI etc.)
Familiar with Relational database
Creating and maintaining organizational reporting
Project Management work
Experience providing phone-based customer/technical support and escalation management
Use of ticket documentation system - Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira etc.
Certificate in Security, Network, Computer/Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
