Responsibilities
Work closely with internal commercial, medical and enterprise stakeholders to continue to support and improve data infrastructure and systems stack. This includes but is not limited to data model, data warehouse, integration points, MDM, SP/SD data, HUB, analytics, Field CRM, Marketing CRM, etc. Veeva experience is required.
Operate as a true partner to all commercial functions to support efficient decision making with a focus toward operational excellence.
Determine optimal sales data sources and ensure data integrity by acting as principal contact for the purchase, warehousing, and development/distribution of all commercial/medical reports.
Design special reports and conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to monitor commercial/medical effectiveness/impact and identify areas of possible course correction and trouble shooting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while being flexible to fill gaps across the organization as needed.
Able to direct and supervise an internal team, outside consultants and other third-party contacts as necessary.
Collaborate with Data aggregator on Business process/rules for data hygiene.
Effectively communicate insights to senior leadership. Use internal communication opportunities to influence action to improve brand performance. Support external communication of brand performance and market trends.
Strong understanding of data governance and request processing.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech operations, marketing, and IT experience
5+ years of people leadership
Deep understanding of syndicated data, sales, marketing, medical and market access data within a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company
Proven track record of being able to build commercial infrastructure from scratch as well an ability to improve existing processes and system
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and basic understanding of SQL a big plus
Highly collaborative individual with the ability to toggle between details and strategy with a desire to be hands-on
Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
Strong understanding of data governance and request processing
