Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective legal advice and support to commanders, Marines, Sailors, and their families.
Advise commanding officers, oversee criminal/administrative investigations, and practice in various areas of law.
Gain courtroom experience at both trial and appellate levels, acting as Trial Counsel or Defense Counsel.
Provide legal advice during deployments, including rules of engagement and military justice.
Get exposure to civil law, tort claims, labor law, and contract law.

Required
Be a U.S. Citizen
Be 33 years old or younger
Be physically active and meet Marine Corps fitness requirements
Preferred
Preferred LSAT of at least 150 and previous SAT score of 1000 (math and verbal combined)
Both scores can be waived for exceptional applicants
