Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound prospecting
Run high-volume outbound cold outreaches to identify qualified opportunities and secure meetings
Represent the company's products and services to potential customer
Learn about and document our target audiences' challenges and understand their pain points

Required
You are a hunter and are passionate, assertive, and confident with a never quit / get-it-done attitude
You are thrilled about the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of others
One (1) or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets/quotas
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proven, creative problem-solving skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least three (3) years of relevant work experience
Experience as a sales development representative, or similar outbound sales role, with a track record of consistently achieving ambitious sales quotas
Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM and email tools
