Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to align with partner goals and ensure mutual success
Fulfill contract deliverables while finding innovative ways to keep partnerships engaging and impactful
Collaborate across teams (e.g., marketing, programs) to deliver value, meet deadlines, and strengthen relationships
Serve as the go-to for assigned partners, advocating for their needs while staying aligned with BT1’s mission
Own Contract Renewals and Partner Relationships: In close collaboration with the Director of Partner Management, you’ll be the go-to for assigned partners, developing and implementing strategies to secure contract renewals, grow accounts, and build strong, lasting relationships by aligning with partner goals, delivering exceptional support, and making sure all contract deliverables are met
Create and Drive Account Strategies: Tailor and execute account strategies to meet each partner’s expectations, discover new growth opportunities, and strengthen relationships
Lead Partner Success Initiatives: Take charge of partner success processes—onboarding, check-ins, engagement activities, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)—to keep everyone on the same page and moving toward shared goals
Ensure Deliverable Accountability: Track and coordinate all contract requirements to keep things on time and on target, working with internal teams to deliver high-value outcomes
Collect and Act on Partner Feedback: Gather insights from partners and use them to make BT1’s programs and initiatives even better, making sure we’re meeting their expectations and then some
Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with our marketing and programs teams to develop seamless strategies that boost partner satisfaction and engagement
Deliver Partner Updates and Reports: Create and present reports that show off key achievements, insights, and opportunities for deeper engagement, keeping partners in the loop and excited about what’s next
Spot New Partnership Opportunities: Occasionally scout for potential new partners, bring fresh ideas to strategy sessions, and support bringing new relationships from pitch to close
Advocate for Partner Needs: Be a champion for our partners within BT1, making sure their goals are always aligned with our mission and that both sides are getting the most out of the partnership
Partner Events: Attend partner events, conferences, and meetings to reinforce BT1’s commitment and explore even more ways to make an impact together

Required
3-5 years of account management, partner management, or client-facing experience (nonprofit, pharma or med-tech sectors are a bonus but not required)
Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships or accounts, including securing contract renewals and driving revenue growth
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and opportunities
Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with partners
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage deliverables and timelines effectively
Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze feedback, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that drive partner and organizational success
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, programs, or operations teams to meet partner objectives
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, Monday.com) and reporting tools for tracking project status.
Preferred
A connection with the diabetes community either directly or indirectly
Background in or understanding of pharma, CPG, brand work, med-tech, or nonprofit sectors
Experience managing QBRs, engagement activities, or partner onboarding processes
