Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to raise equity from UHNWIs and family offices, leveraging your established network.
Personally cultivate and close investor relationships, acting as the face of the family office to the investment community.
Maintain the highest standards of integrity, discretion, and alignment with the family office’s values.
Serve as a trusted steward of capital, ensuring all investments align with the family office’s mission to protect and grow wealth over the long term.
Build enduring relationships by understanding investors’ needs and providing them with downside-protected opportunities that align with their goals.
Represent the family office at investor meetings, conferences, and select events, articulating the mission and strategy with clarity and passion.
Work closely with the executive team to identify and structure investment opportunities.
Partner with operational teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies, reinforcing trust and reliability.
Create world-class investor materials, including pitch decks, offering memoranda, and performance updates.
Act as a missionary ambassador for the family office’s vision, connecting investors with opportunities that reflect our commitment to a flourishing humanity.
Advocate for the family office’s values of stewardship, trust, and long-term impact in all engagements.
Represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, and private events.

Required
7-12 years of experience in capital raising, with a track record of securing $50M+ in equity, ideally for multifamily real estate investment.
Demonstrated success raising significant equity from UHNWIs and family offices, with a proven track record of trust and strong existing network.
Top-notch pedigree and deep industry network, with the ability to connect and build relationships with discerning investors.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the gravitas to instill confidence and trust.
Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, private equity structures, and Family Office investor dynamics.
Missionary zeal for investor stewardship and advancing the family office’s vision of catalyzing human flourishing.
