Responsibilities

Identify, target, and develop new B2B customer relationships within the industrial sector.
Drive sales by presenting tailored product solutions to meet client operational needs.
Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align customer needs and sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial products, commercial or manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of industrial solutions, equipment, and applications.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel regionally or nationally as required.
Valid driving license with clean driving record.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
