Responsibilities
Generate sales and develop sales pipelines withing a designated geography and/or targeted program
Develop and grow customers to strategic account status
Meet or exceed senior sales KPIs
Collaborate with other business units to deliver and complete strategic projects, contributing to product and service development
Develop and execute long-term sales plans and forecasts for the territory/program, analyzing local market needs and expectations while collaborating with marketing to build and execute a targeted strategy
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the territory/program
Build and maintain strong C-level customer relationships beyond quality assurance to expand business offerings
Coach and mentor junior Territory Account Executives to enhance team performance and achieve sales targets

Required
A four-year degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience is required, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing key accounts in the information security industry
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge and experience in territory management and account planning within targeted region/program
Expertise in selling a diverse product portfolio, proficient in CRM tools and systems (preferably Salesforce).
Direct selling experience with responsibility for meeting quotas
Ability to manage forecast accuracy on a regular basis
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
A strong understanding of information security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, CMMC, ISO 20000, and NIST
Willingness to travel is essential
Preferred
Experience in mentoring or coaching junior sales team members is a plus
Knowledge of the TIC industry is preferred
