Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients, acting as a trusted intermediary in the lumber industry.
Oversee the logistics and coordination of lumber deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Stay informed about industry regulations and sustainable practices, ensuring compliance and ethical sourcing.
Optimize lumber transactions to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders involved.

Required
Minimum 3-5+ years of Trader or Broker experience in the Lumber Industry
Strong phone sales skills with a professional attitude.
Experienced in booking and scheduling of transportation such as semis, railcars, vans, trucks, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts at all levels.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
Ability to travel domestically upon request.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred
