Responsibilities
Establishing and supporting processes for the architecture team and coordinating with partners and stakeholders
Conducting Agile ceremonies
Supporting the team in delivering work items assigned by the architecture team
Representing the client and ensuring solution and system architects follow the process in Azure DevOps (ADO)
Coordinating with stakeholders
Mitigating risks
Establishing processes for the Architecture Review Board (ARB)

Required
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 5-10+ years of Agile Delivery Management experience
Must be able to confidently communicate between technical teams and stakeholders to manage proper and realistic timelines and expectations
Must have experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Must have experience with enterprise architecture related tools
Flexibility with various methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall) in a hybrid environment
Strong communication skills on all platforms with stakeholders to manage various business resources
Preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
SAFe Scrum Master Certified
