HR Strategy Development, HR Solutions, and HR Innovation skills.
Experience in co-creating human-centered HR strategies.
Knowledge of volunteer management and engagement.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Preferred
Experience in the non-profit or social impact sector is a plus.
