Responsibilities
Identifying and engaging top attorney candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing methods
Interviewing attorney candidates to assess marketability
Networking with attorneys and legal professionals to build a pipeline of talented candidates
Maintaining strong relationships with law firm and corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and leverage industry knowledge to provide strategic recruitment solutions
Staying abreast of market trends and legal industry developments
Extending offers of employment and negotiating compensation packages.

Required
JD required
Desire to transition into a sales/recruiting role
Enthusiasm, personal motivation, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial edge
Experience practicing law is required
Preferred
Prior sales experience is preferred but not required (real estate, retail, hospitality, client services, business development)
Strong ties to the Tennessee legal market preferred
