Responsibilities
Lead a team of Renewals Specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and development.
Negotiate renewal terms and conditions with customers and internal stakeholders.
Grow revenue through the renewals process, through effective price negotiation and identification for contract expansion and cross-sell.
Direct the renewal process for service contracts, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy in execution.
Maintain detailed records of all contract renewals, including correspondence and documentation related to negotiations.
Monitor contract compliance and address any issues that may arise, ensuring all contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and operations departments to align contract renewals with company goals and objectives.
Prepare regular reports on contract renewal status, timelines, and any issues or risks related to contract renewals.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience in contract management, sales, or renewals, with a preference for experience in a service-based technology company.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple contract renewals simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
