Responsibilities
Assist the team with routine audit and forensic tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and organization of materials.
Take detailed notes during meetings and prepare summaries for internal records.
Coordinate logistics and set up meetings, ensuring smooth execution of audits and investigations.
Support the team in daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Support the development, execution, and evaluation of Human Rights programs, particularly in the context of site assessments and certifications.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to assess vendor contracts and ensure compliance with Human Rights standards, including accommodation and working conditions.
Assist in gathering inputs for site risk assessments, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with the preparation and planning of materials for compliance site visits, ensuring everything is in place for successful engagements.
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and their administrators to schedule and coordinate site visits.
Work closely with site teams to organize logistics, including travel and accommodations.
Contribute to the creation of training materials for various projects and vendor training sessions, ensuring compliance with Human Rights standards.
Help develop engaging communications materials, including quizzes, video messages, and integrity-related activities to enhance compliance culture.
Assist in curating content for training on Human Rights, ethics, and compliance topics.
Provide cross-functional support to various teams as needed across different initiatives, ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Required
1-3 years of experience in audit, forensics, compliance, or human rights program support.
Demonstrated understanding of Ethics & Compliance practices, with a strong interest in Human Rights issues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently while under supervision, showing initiative and resourcefulness.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
Time zone flexibility is essential for coordination with international teams and stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience in developing training materials, communications, or other instructional content.
Passion for contributing to impactful Human Rights and compliance initiatives.
