Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, including HR, finance, operations, and senior leadership.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and address and resolve any stakeholder concerns or issues that may arise during the course of program implementation.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align people program strategies with overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that can enhance and expand our people programs and initiatives.
Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices in people program management and organizational development.
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of key people programs and initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure that all projects are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives and drive awareness with People Org Leadership Team.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide comprehensive reports on program status, challenges, and achievements.

Required
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management.
Proven track record of delivering successful people programs and initiatives.
Preferred
Experience in a similar role within an organization is highly desirable.
Experience working in a global or multi-national environment is a plus.
