Responsibilities
Writing : Leverage your writing skills and AI tools for idea generation, research, and the creation of compelling content across various formats and channels.
Content Strategy : Develop and implement a strategy that supports the company’s marketing and communication goals, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer engagement.
SEO : Demonstrate proficiency in key SEO principles, including keyword research to uncover search intent, identifying high-potential keywords for content creation and optimization, and analyzing content performance metrics to adjust strategies for improved engagement and conversion rates.
Content Calendar : Manage a content delivery calendar to ensure timely delivery across all channels, coordinating with stakeholders.
Branding : Establish and maintain a brand voice, ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the company’s tone, style, and legal guidelines.
Innovation : Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging content marketing techniques. Introduce innovative content formats and strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure content meets the needs of various stakeholders and supports overall business objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in content marketing or at an agency.
Experience in the healthcare industry is required.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar and style.
Well versed in SEO and social media algorithms and best practices.
Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and derive insights.
Experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or equivalent content management software.
Portfolio of samples showcasing long and short form content writing (social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, video scripts, case studies, how-to guides, industry reports, etc.).
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, or Claude for content generation, optimization, and research.
Preferred
Dentistry Consultant, DSO experience, or Dental Practice experience is preferred.
Familiarity with the following tools is a plus (HubSpot or similar CMS platform, Mailchimp or similar marketing automation platform, Google Search Console, SEMRush or similar SEO tools, Google Keyword Planner, Adobe Creative Suite, Content marketing platforms (CMP) for planning, creation, management, distribution, and analysis).
