Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from patients and Healthcare personnel and provide customer service
Be a liaison on additional support required between end users and representatives from medical device manufacturer
Be available during non-business hours (7:30 PM-12:00 AM EST and weekends)

Required
Highschool degree/GED
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Preferred
Clinical trial experience of at least 3-5 years is a plus
Leadership experience is a plus
Experience in the medical device industry (education or customer support) is a plus
