Required

10+ years of leadership experience leading full-stack, product-oriented engineering organizations.
Ability to set technical direction, inspire innovation, and drive strategic initiatives that align with Pinterest's business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex technical challenges with creative and effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of system design, data analysis, and relevant programming languages.
Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies.
Ability to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving technological landscape and embrace continuous learning.
