Responsibilities

Develop and implement customized marketing plans aligned with client goals to drive revenue growth
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate
Analyze and interpret data from platforms such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and GA4 to provide actionable insights and comprehensive reports
Deliver exceptional results, exceeding KPIs and metrics while proactively seeking referrals from existing clients
Meet with clients regularly to review campaign performance, discuss strategic initiatives, and provide recommendations based on insights
Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, addressing requests and managing projects through the internal project management system
Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign specialists, project managers, and team members to ensure alignment with client goals
Onboard new clients, overseeing the setup and launch process to create a positive initial experience
Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and shifts in client industries to maintain a competitive edge
Continuously learn and implement new marketing strategies and tactics to enhance service delivery and drive growth within existing accounts

Required

2+ years of account management experience in a fast-growing digital marketing agency, with a strong background in client-facing roles
Experience driving revenue growth by effectively upselling and cross-selling additional products and services within the existing book of business/accounts
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient in data analysis tools including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Search Console
Experience with PPC and/or SEO strategies, including familiarity with platforms like Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and Google Analytics 4
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering results and helping businesses grow
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills, along with exemplary organizational and time management abilities
Ability to solve complex problems proactively and navigate conflicts effectively
In-depth knowledge of current SEO and PPC techniques, with a commitment to continuous learning
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred

Certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, and Google Analytics (GA4)
