Responsibilities
Generate leads and close sales for subscriptions on our new platform through cold-calling, scheduled appointments, and participation in expos. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement creative strategies to acquire new clients and increase platform engagement.
Use a multi-channel approach to engage potential clients and showcase the benefits of the platform.
Identify and build partnerships with companies, brokers, and agencies to generate qualified leads and expand the network.
Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, providing tools and support to effectively market opportunities to their networks.
Use data analytics to measure the success of sales initiatives and prepare regular reports to adjust strategies and keep leadership informed.

Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, or a related field.
Strong understanding of business expansion models or B2B sales is a plus.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
