Responsibilities

Oversee the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash applications.

Develop and implement automated processes to streamline AR workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency.

Leverage NetSuite , Tesorio , and other tools to enhance reporting capabilities and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Actively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to align on strategic objectives and improve customer outcomes.

Monitor AR aging reports, manage delinquent accounts, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on collection performance and trends.

Lead and develop a distributed team of AR professionals and contractor resources, fostering growth, engagement, and accountability.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by ensuring accurate and timely recording of receivables.

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize cash flow and support the company's strategic objectives.
